Superior Invisibility and Shadow Fall

I was doing a build for an Illusion Control / Darkness Affinity Controller.  And in the build, Superior Invisibility and Shadow Fall won't run at the same time.

 

Is this true in game as well?  Do Superior invisibility and Shadow Fall exclude each other from running?

Yes.  Invisibility powers are exclusive.
