ncsoft is not (presently) associated with Homecoming.  This is not an official / above-board server, but represents an effort to preserve the software and community through not-for-profit (and hopefully, someday, even charitable) means.

All of pertinent account management materials for Homecoming are contained within this website and the game itself (unless you want to get involved with the Closed Beta, which is kept separate, but requires a personal invite).

Any other existing City of Heroes Server is not affiliated with Homecoming nor ncsoft, and the use of accounts for those servers do not transfer to Homecoming, nor vice-versa.

You set up a Game Account with separate credentials from your existing Forum Account.
