Missing costume: shirt>tattooed tank

Pretty basic. My Tsoo girl wants a shirt, but there's no tattooed tank top in Shirts>Chest. Probably just an oversight. No Cyberpunk for that matter.

Not sure where things like this go.

They're under tops with skin, not shirts.

I'm looking for the Mini Vest piece listed under Jackets but without the sleeves?

Logically it should be under Sleeveless Jackets but I can't find it and I know I used to use this piece.

This is the best I could do with Sleeves being "short".

What needs to exist to address this issue is the addition of a "Tattooed Short Sleeves" part for Jackets. The upper arm geometry is part of the Jacket Sleeve part in this costume top category, rather than part of the Chest part as it usually is.
