Logically it should be under Sleeveless Jackets but I can't find it and I know I used to use this piece. This is the best I could do with Sleeves being "short". The upper arm geometry is part of the Jacket Sleeve part in this costume top category, rather than part of the Chest part as it usually is. Character portrait artist for hire, PM for details!
