A odd Pairing plz help

Just so happens I been working on a Willpower build for a brute myself. Here is my take on it, very similar in idea going for typed defenses. 

While I have not played Street Justice yet I am not sure about a couple of your picks...why no Combat Readiness? Also wouldn't Shin Breaker be better than Rib Cracker?

And do you have any problem remembering to switch from Combat Jumping to Super Jumping since it will effect your defenses? I can never remember to do switch them

Gonna be hyper critical, its not good.  You have so many useless slots assigned, you have more random IO bonuses from the first 2-3 that are marginal at best while lacking useful benefits from the powers themselves.

Something to look at, haven't made the character yet.  Initial strike is slotted for the recharge bonus, so you can replace that purple stun set with something else if you want.  The Electric epic is up to you, its to give some decent AoE with -resist utility..

 

Note, forgot to assign 1 slot.  Take your pick, it wasn't critical.
