Please make spider leg backpack optional for Crab Soldiers

You've probably gotten this one before, but just in case --

 

It would be great to be a crab soldier but not need to display the spider backpack.  This mainly would occur if you are only using gun and pool attacks.

I wonder if they could do something akin to the "no redraw" effect for weapons, where the backpack would only appear if you use a related power, then despawn a short time afterward/when out of combat...

As far as I know, it's some sort of flag which means it'll need to be entirely re-scripted to make it optional. I could be wrong, though.

Even just something where the crab legs folded up / retracted after X seconds of not using attacks that require them could go a long way.

Kind of like a bird folding up wings when done flying.

Since they have the crab legs as a costume option, could they kind of "hack" in a piece that is invisible?
