Arachnos Radial Lore Pet question

Looking at the Fortunata pet in game, it says it has Mind Link as a toggle with a 15 second recharge.  Does the pet keep Mind Link on most of the time or does it toggle it off and on again regularly?

I have no experience with this pet specifically, but I don’t think there’s a single NPC in the game with a toggle that doesn’t turn it on and off intermittently.

To my knowledge there is no version of Mind Link that is a toggle. It is a click buff that last 90 seconds.

Ok, I just copied a character over to the test server to find out exactly how this functioned, it appears the Fortunata keeps it active for about 10-15 seconds then it turns off and you wait for the 15 second recharge before it gets activated again.
