Extended color palette / RGB color picker for costume colors

Well, lets be fair in that it was the original devs who did it. The current ones have already added a lot that the original ones did not. I fear the palette thing may not be an easy thing to achieve.

But it is able to be done and work well.  it has already been implemented on the TS rogue server

I'm not blaming the current team at all.  They do what they can with what they've got.  I'm suggesting, however, that maybe something could be done to help with the issue that the original devs caused with giving different textures to some costume pieces.

I don't normally like to necro threads, but an expanded color palette or some kind of advanced color options with a picker or slider would be fantastic.
