Need input on my crappy Beam - Super Reflexes build

I have a build for my relaxation Beam/SR toon.  It is a character that I will probably play when I'm on my wife's laptop that doesn't have a graphics card.  I wanted something easy where I can just hover blast.  The two things I wanted was to finally have build where I took Dominate.  My other goal was to have the Nuke hit as hard as it could.   I think mathematically, I have the nuke hitting its hardest with 3 procs and just having it at 66.25 damage enhancement.  If I did the numbers correctly, then dropping a proc and adding a damage IO will actually result in lower damage.  But I could be wrong.  

 

I would just like someone to look this over and tell me what I could redo.  I know its complete mess.    I had some other attacks procc'd out.  But I got tired of trying to figure out rotations and what to proc and what not to proc and how much.  After my brain melted I just went with procing out the Nuke and Dominate and trying to get enough accuracy.   I really struggled to get Dominate up to having a high enough accuracy to be usable.

 

The Build does have 61.46 Incarnate capped Ranged Defense.   So please let me know your thoughts and what I can change.  What did I miss? Did I forget something bad?  What would you do?  Heck, I even thought bout dropping the melee defense skill to see if I could pick up something else that would be more useful, but then I figured that I would lose some DDR.

The theoretical maximum single target rotation would be 4-6-20-21-4-8-20-21, but that is also kinda endurance hungry. Having Dominate procced out will do that since it has a fairly high base cost.

 

Disintegrate has 5-slot Apocalypse with the proc, and the Gladiator proc as well too.

Lancer Shot has one of the ATOs in it, probably OS since that affects damage output.

Piercing Beam just has the Positron set 5 slotted also with the proc.

Mind Probe just has whatever you need for your defense slotting.

Dominate is also procced out.

 

Obviously this doesn't mesh with your build, but those are the slottings for the most damage out of that rotation.

For Alpha I'd get Intuition Radial: damage, debuff, and range.  Ion Core Judgement for another chain attack, or Pyronic Core for faster casting.  Robotic Drone Lore pets, to hoverblast right beside you.  Assault Hybrid and Degenerative/Reactive Interface.

 

Destiny has more options.  If you lack a heal, go Rebirth.  If you're happy with your healing, and you team, go Barrier to throw out a rez and buff resistance.  Armor sets should make Clarion superfluous, so if you don't need the other two, go Ageless for more blue, or at least more recharge.
