Long Range Teleporter Bug

One of my toons on Excelsior--Commander Killstrike--collected all the exploration badges in Mercy, but he hasn't been given the Long Range Teleporter. Can someone please look into this?

Just as a sanity check, when my characters got their first zone accolade, I would see a floating announcement, but nothing appeared in their trays (as it does if you get one of the accolades that awards a power), but the LRT and Fast Travel powers appeared in their Powers list, from which they could be dragged into a tray. You don't have either Fast Travel or Long Range Teleport in the right column of powers in your powers window?

I believe the game checks your badges every 8ish seconds and rewards you accordingly.  If you arent missing a badge then it should be in your power list.

The LRT power is not in the power list. 😞

Check your Accolades. Do you have Mercy Mariner?

If not, you don't have all the Mercy exploration badges. (Easy way to be sure.)
