OSA question

Hi all I need to respec my lvl 50 Ice/TA because I just returned and they revamped it. Does putting a Bombardment proc in OSA light it? I believe I read that the new net arrow will. Is that correct?

Procs in the power will not ignite the OSA itself, as procs will only affect the caster or the enemies - not the psuedopet itself. You will still need to ignite it with an outside source.

In regards to damage procs in this power, Slow and -Def procs will occur with the oil. If you light it, then your TAoE dmg procs like bombardment will start to work.

It won't self light. Bombardment won't even start checking til it's aflame. In general procs aren't great it in. I went with Artillery for the ranged Def.

 

Net is now electrified net, so the nrg damage it does will light it.

While I normally use Electrified Net Arrow to light it (and have a bind that automatically targets the oil slick and fires it), I've noticed that the Interface Reactive Radial proc will self-light the oil slick.
