Just wanted to know: what's everyone doing post-lockdown to get back into proper crime-fighting/committing shape?

Right now, I still have some lingering long COVID garbage, so short HIIT based workouts, kettlebells, yoga and walks.

Hard, fast'n'heavy is good for long COVID, btw, but anything long duration (even gentle walks) can be a problem.

Rain just started in Seattle, so I can't do long walks anymore.  I am trying to do 10 minute basic exercise routines from youtube during my work breaks now that I work from home.

I love how when PacNorthwesters say "rain just started", they mean "...and won't stop till March".

Forgot to mention earlier: the app I'm using to put together HIIT workouts is Streaks Fitness: https://streaksworkout.app/

Helps build it into a habit, keeps switching workouts around so you don't get stuck in a rut, and you can set reminders for your normal time (which also enforces a neat work break time).
