Council "Soapbox" texture

It seems that the cardboard box texture has been changed at some point. Now it seems to be a billboard or sign for the "Scheherazade" hotel.

Yeah i can confirm. Recall joking about it last week. Didn't actually realize it was *changed* though..

It appears to be a problem generically with the 'soapbox' item -- the Lost in Perez Park can be found standing on Scheherezade boxes, as well.

Stick the Councils on mounds of trash so when we flatten them they can land comically under spoiled banana peels or the like?

You know, since we're in the holiday event, wouldn't it be appropriate for the boxes to be swapped for presents? Having mobs standing on presents to deliver their harangues would add a festive touch.
