Force Feedback +Recharge in Propel: Does it trigger?

So I slapped a FF+R in Propel because I'm a genius min-maxer, but in my combat stats it never shows as triggering.  Does the proc not work in Propel? Or just very low chance of firing?

Propel has terrible proc rates because even though the damage is single target it is still a 15 ft targetted aoe that knocksback.

Does that really do some aoe KB?  Maybe I never payed enough attention.

Yep, if you'll watch it it does aoe KB to 5 enemies in the impact zone, in addition to damage + KB to your target.
