I don't play Scrappers, pretty much ever - which I think is obvious in the build. I think I switched it over to soft cap Lethal/Smashing/Energy/Negative/Psi ; i originally did it with chasing to cap everything which I did but it was super expensive and seemed like it would be lacking in any oomph

 

So I moved things I around -- I don't really /want/ Geode, but not sure if I need it for the brimstone damage? Or how helpful that is?

 

As a result of that, I ended up moving stuff around to get 

 

47.49 S/L

45.21 E/N

51.24 Psi

Perma Hasten

 

Numbers wise it seems Cardiac is a necessity due to the passive end drain from the toggles but I still don't even know if end will be a problem (i assume if i ended up going ageless it wouldnt matter anyways)

Help/Optimization? Will it suffer because I skirted away from Resists?  I had originally had it for more procs/spreading scrappers strike around but i couldnt lower my s/l so it was just overkill (I don't plan on doing anything where i need 59%)

I recently built a Claw/Stone Scrap, and Geode wasn't enough to self-sustain End without Recovery Serum, so I went with Ageless. I don't worry much about survivability, but having Geode in the build feels like a mistake. It's like Hibernate with a gimmick, and the gimmick doesn't feel worth it, i.e a short-lived minor buff to Brimstone's damage. The power needs a buff or a change, but as it stands it feels like a perpetual waste of a power slot that could help you in more situations.

Looks like the build is at perma and at capped HP with a single slot in Earth's Embrace. Moving those extra slots to Rooted will provide a regen boost.

 

Since the build is at capped HP, the +HP set bonus from LotG and Shield Wall aren't really needed. Also the +Max HP Unbreakable Guard IO can be swapped for more +res.

 

I don't think Force Feedback is really needed on your build. All attacks recharge in about 4s or less. It would just shave a couple seconds off BU. The -res or a damage proc might serve the build better.

 

This is actually the first time I'm looking at SA. Surprised how strong it is. It has Psionic def, strong regen and even some DDR.

 

Reworked the build. Added IO boosters to the LotGs and Hasten. Changed slotting to Throw Spines to keep E/N def to softcap. Added a bunch of Power Transfer heal procs and accolades. Even without any changes, your build would still kick butt.
