Without_Pause
I think it and Degenerative were deemed the best for DPS, but it depends on the melee set. I believe the higher DPA sets worked better with Reactive as where DPS sets played better with Degenerative. Degenerative also gets picked more often so it will likely used more often on a team, and the debuff doesn't stack(to my knowledge) so picking something else isn't bad if you team a lot. I personally default to Degenerative these days although I do like faster playing sets, but I might additionally pick up something else for team situations. Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. Outsmart: Fort 3. Sneakers: Stj/ea Stalker. 4. Waterpark: Water/temp Blaster. 5. Project Next: Ice/stone Brute. 6. Mighty Matt: Rad/bio Brute. 7. Without Pause: Claws/wp Brute. 8. Nothing But Flowers: Plant/storm Controller. 9. Obsidian Smoke: Fire/dark Corr. 10. Blackmoor: Dark/dark Controller. From my understanding any incarnate Debuff from Interface or Buff from Destiny stacks up to 5 times from other players. It won't stack from the same source though. Then again I've been known to drink and not pay attention to this game even when triboxing so take what I say with a grain of salt and a shot of tequila.

Like I said, I'm not 100% sure on it. I know there is a limit though. Regardless, I tend to pick Degenerative anyway. Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. Outsmart: Fort 3. InvaderStych
If I am reading these right: https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=incarnate.interface_silent.maxhp_debuff https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=incarnate.interface_silent.dot_toxic Both the debuff side and the dmg side are tagged "stacking is collective" which I am pretty sure is the stacking from multiple players part. The debuff is tagged with a limit of 4, while the dmg power a limit of 8. I haven't looked, but I would assume that other interface choices have similar limits; just drill down to the "silent" power that actually does the thing. "... And I'd kill to get away; I'd die to make my own way. And I'd lose to celebrate; I'd win to see the good days. And I'll never stop the fighting, so bring to me your worst. I'll never stop believing that I could rule the world one day ..."
Uun
While Reactive and Degenerative Core (are very good, they're also very popular and you can run up against the limit of 4 stacks. Lately I've been taking one of the Radial damage interfaces with moderate damage (Reactive, Preemptive or Spectral). They each do 13.3862 dmg every 1 second for 4.3 seconds and can stack up to 8x. [The other Radial damage interfaces do minor damage of 10.709 per tic.] 1 Uunderdog - Radiation/Radiation Scrapper | Uundertaker - Radiation/Dark Corruptor | Uun - Martial Arts/Invulnerability Scrapper | Uunison - Gravity/Storm Controller | Uuncola - Ice/Temporal Blaster | Uundergrowth - Plant/Martial Dominator Uunstable - Super Reflexes/Staff Fighting Tanker | Uunreal - Fire/Time Corruptor | Uunrest - Dark/Tactical Arrow Blaster | Uunseen - Illusion/Poison Controller | Uuncool - Cold/Beam Rifle Defender | Uunderground - Earth/Earth Dominator Uunknown - Mind/Psionic Dominator | Uunplugged - Stone/Electric Brute | Uunfair - Archery/Trick Arrow Corruptor | Uunsung - Dual Pistols/Ninja Blaster | Uunflammable - Fire/Nature Controller | Uunflappable - War Mace/Willpower Brute Uundead - Dark/Dark Tank | Uunfit - Water/Martial Blaster | Uunwrapped - Dark/Dark Dominator | Uunchill - Ice/Kinetics Corruptor | Uunpleasant - Energy/Energy Stalker | Uunbrella - Radiation/Radiation Sentinel | Uunsafari - Beasts/Traps MM Uungnome - Nature/Seismic Defender | Uunsavory - Poson/Sonic Defender | Uunicycle - Broad Sword/Shield Scrapper | Uuntouchable - Illusion/Time Controller | Uunferno - Fire/Fire Tank
