Archery/Tactical Arrow

I've done a bit of digging on forums and I can't really find a concrete late game Arch/TA blaster, I see some leveling guides and such and nothing really up to date, anyone wanna throw me a mids for a solid build here, just looking for a late game build

What do you mean by 'Late Game Build'? Do you want to solo AVs, +4x8, ITF Challenges?
