Steel canyon fires.

Anyone have issue with these not spawning when announced in zone event chat? I checked both instances and no location noted.  I also checked th spots personally.

I haven't been in-game to see this problem, but make sure you're checking all six possible event locations.

Make sure you are in the correct zone as well, if there are multiple steel canyons the game doesn't specify which one when the alert goes out

isn't the fire spot highlighted on the map as a red dot?

Thought it was a red star like a mission. Either was there was no maker of any kind..  Thanks for the map reference but I went through both instances in the whole zone with afterburner and saw nothing.

It does show on the map like a mission.  It was working, I put one out 2 weeks ago.

Typically this is caused by being in the wrong instance. When the fire announcement goes out, the fire is in my experience only actually happening in one instance of Steel Canyon. Same thing happens with Rikti raids.

Exactly. Any and all zone events, burning buildings, troll raves, rikti raid, zombie raid, Nemesis raid, giant monsters, arachnos flyer only spawn in one instance of a zone.  So if there are three steel canyons at the time a fire starts, you need to check each one
