Looking at her build, which I just kind of threw together, it ended up kind of at in-betweens, quite overcapped for regular content but not quite enough to be Incarnate-capped. If you see any tweaks that might up her potential, I'm all ears. Plus/minus by adding a slot from somewhere else or if you think the difference in recharge is insignificant just replacing the recharge IO. Thanks for the catch! ETA: so that Aim and Build Up keep the same recharge time as my CDO demands, Aim is carrying the Gaussian piece, and Build Up has the +Per piece from Rectified Reticle.
