"Respec failed" error

First time this has happened.

Tried three different times, same respec attempt in Nerva from the Arbiter at the AE. I was working on a Symphony/Poison Controller. I was taking powers in the order that would have been in Page 4, not Page 5 availability.

 

Any ideas?

Do you have any levels pending? You can't respec if you haven't leveled up to your current maximum. If you're level, say, 33, but could level up to 36 then the respec will fail until you level yourself up to 36.

Moved from Nerva to Pocket D and tried there. Successfully done.

 

I was level 50, trained.

Have had this happen in Talos once just using the /respec command.  Zoning to Atlas fixed it.  Prior to zoning, respec failed twice, i did a logoff, logged back in, and failed respec a third time.  Zoning seems to resolve a lot of weird bugs like this.

Sometimes if you take a long time deciding your powers you can time out. This will cause the Respec screen to kick you out when you hit complete.

Use a less busy zone and make sure its outdoors, not in a base.

I was just coming in here to say what Outrider said. That's usually your best option... Though Nerva should have been perfect for that. Weird.
