here is the new dragracer I am on.  It started as a heavy cone build with Force of Will and Soul Mastery.  Then as I played it more I realized it would be better served with less cones and more utility.

• Slot Rune of Protection with the +def uniques
• Devote more slots to Blazing Bolt and slot a snipe set. Pull the slots from Arcane Bolt, which isn't needed on a blaster.
• Melt Armor requires accuracy. Slot an accurate defense debuff set.
• Tactics already has +perception. The +perception proc is overkill. Slot +tohit/endred.

my export went strangely awry i see now.  i have 5 slotted expeience marksman (no fast snipe) and the 6th slot is the hami.  

 

the new mids sucks donkey balls.  big hairy sweaty donkey balls.

LOL. I assume that Mids is messing up...It shows you have 7% def to all and 23% S/L resist...
