Newb question: Magnitude/duration for "Chance for X" enhancements ?

Some enhancements have a chance for a status effect. E.g. Frozen Blast has a chance for immobilize, at 2.5 / minute. But, I don't see the magnitude or duration for the effect. Is there a place in the wiki where that is listed? Is it some standard for effects from enhancements? Sorry if this is a silly question.

Also, regarding the duration, is it affected by other effects that extend effect durations? E.g. slotting two Trap of the Hunter enhancements lists a 5% bonus duration to immobilize effects. Does that apply to the Frozen Blast immobilize?

This is where COD (thanks. @UberGuy) comes in handy.

Superior Frozen Blast imparts a 10s Mag3 Immob on proc, averaging 3.5 fires per minute.

The link to check it out is here... https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=boosts.superior_attuned_frozen_blast_f.superior_attuned_frozen_blast_f&at=blaster

This page has most of what you want, but not all. The above link to City of Data 2 is the best place to get durations. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Set_Enhancements_with_Special_Effects

That's a more difficult question. What powers or effects stack and which don't is more complicated. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Stacking

The general answer for duration is no. The duration for each proc is generally individual and separate. Whereas the effects themselves do stack most of the time... meaning, your mag 2 immobilize power will stack with a mag 1 immobilize proc, making the total mag 3.  https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Protection
