It's hard to pass judgement as we don't currently play to our potential (i.e. not a full team of 8xRad/fires).

 

However, even in a team of 4, I don't think that Hasten is required and the fighting pool seems a bit 'safe-n-solo' if this build was really meant for superteaming. But of course we all feel different things when deciding what to chase with any given build. You seem to have relied heavily on solo +Def and +Res(S+L).

 

I'm still working toward (maybe mistakenly) getting most of my +Def and +Rech from the team.

 

I find it beneficial to have another viable single target attack (Blazing bolt) and would personally ignore slotting your Teir1 blast to be stronger against AVs by using this snipe. Also if your build can't make room for extra epic power picks then you might want to think about Red-side epics as you can get a +RES shield without a prerequisite.

 

Maybe you're just going for 'one build for all occasions' in which case I'd say personal taste is king! My planned build as you can see is vastly different as I spend a lot more time using the various teleport powers. I still advocate that more fold space would be of great benefit to this team - however is likely very situational in PuGs.

This is a much cheaper effort that I eventually may be able to afford -  it's high on +Res (all) and I've cut out a lot of the expensive +Rech

Going off memory because I  can't see my own build while using my phone the Celerity is a proc 120.  So as long as AM is clicked once every 120 seconds or less it should work.  It's also fairly trivial once the Teleport powers are available.  It's a choice/slotting that could readily get moved around or changed if desired.  Main utility would be for Stealthing mission objectives --> turn off CC, click AM and off we go.  The knockback protection doesn't care whether the power is on or available only the level of the IO matters.  And the 3rd one is an experiment honestly (iirc which one it is).  Not sure how it'll work,  placed looking for anything that might heal in the early levels while exemped since RA was taken rather late.  I went with the frakkenslotted Endmod/Endred IO's to max both aspects.  I've noted in my current live build that paying the endurance cost of AM can make my endurance pool drop pretty low especially on a small team without a lot of AM stacked for whatever reasons.  Hence the Endred getting included.  15.2 isn't a huge amount but without the boost from at least a couple AM's present in an otherwise end heavy build ... self detoggling (or simply having to forego attacks) can be painful.

 

Edit: looking at the build on the computer and rereading the post I realized I was saying EndMod/Endred in AM but they are Endmod/Rchg.  The endurance crunch is a thing though ... .  Just have to get enough from the team's AM to keep the blue bar healthy enough to handle things.

So, how is everyone doing ??  Are we still planning to play tonight ??  I realize there is new content.  I actually hit lvl 43 on my Storm/Storm Defender, and i think Tuffy Neutron is close to or maybe is lvl 50.  I'm going to be on early, setting her up for the final build.  I am broke.

Excellent - I've been super busy so not updated this thread in a while - Will change the title again shortly.

 

I dinged the big one last week (any time in game has been used in getting some incarnate powers going), @Techno was just over a level away and suggested that we try a wider invitation for 'ANY RADIATION EMISSION' toons to join for some TFs (think he wanted to try a Miss Lib) - which might be fun.

 

As ever this might happen 'early evening' for your side of the pond so will likely try and pickup any interest in-game on the night rather than bank on 'yeah - I fancy that' here.

 

I've finished my 'cheap' +Res build now so just need the accolades and last three incarnates to have it fully finished - hard to know how well it performs as a non-super-teamer as the only other thing I've done on it was a couple of BAFs (which are just smash face on keyboard).

 

For anyone who wants to catch me in-game this Thursday 18:00 on Excelsior (@Guffy) for a 'Bring Your Own AM Task Force Session' it would be great to have you along.

Yes - that's the hope however @Technowill not be with us (busy tonight) and I'm not sure who else is still up for this but will maybe put together a PuG TF maybe with all the free spots.
