Put it simply, I'm a brute with duel swords that is looking for a good nice super group to join, and I was told on the subreddit to put a new forum post here to find one. I'm learning the ropes again (I used to play back when the game was live originally and just got back into homecoming) but essentially what I'm looking for is a good community feel. Other than that, I don't really have any expectations, just something active.

Just looking over this forum, I see this one several posts down:

While you are playing, if a player stands out to you for whatever reason, you can click on them and see in the target window what supergroup, if any, they are attached to. You can then ask about that supergroup and see if it sounds like one you would like. I also see relatively frequent ads in LFG or Broadcast (especially in Atlas).

Lastly, that "community" feeling you are looking for may be achievable without being in a SG at all, or even just creating your own 1-person SG. Joining large group activities like MSRs and Hamis (and iTrials when you get to that point) are a great way to connect with other players.

Anyway, welcome back, good to have you here, and make the place better.

I would add that you should also monitor the LFG (Looking for Group) channel in the game so that you can see folks (Like Oklahoman!) organize raids, trials, TFs, and other stuff.

Welcome home.

Welcome, home.

If someone posts a reply quoting me and I don't reply, they may be on ignore.

(It seems I'm involved with so much at this point that I may not be able to easily retrieve access to all the notifications)

Some players know that I have them on ignore and are likely to make posts knowing that is the case.

But the fact that I have them on ignore won't stop some of them from bullying and harassing people, because some of them love to do it. There is a group that have banded together to target forum posters they don't like. They think that this behavior is acceptable.

Ignore (in the forums) and /ignore (in-game) are tools to improve your gaming experience. Don't feel bad about using them.
