TheZag Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 Incan buffs you with weakness to healing. Being weak to healing means heals hit you harder just the same as being weak to fire means fire would hit harder. Health regeneration isnt healing so incan doesnt improve it. However, heal procs from enhancements such as pancea or power transfer are improved for the duration of the weakness to healing buff. Its also possible to stack multiple buffs from incan for even greater healing effect (or at least it was, i havent tried in awhile).
