Yes, the text is not a typo, it is a bit of dialogue that never got updated for the zone updates. However, those still fall under that section of the forums.

 

Edit: Also, if you go to Echo: Faultline, you will find an abundance of Circle of Thorns. Mostly in the crevasses. I don't remember Echo: Boomtown.

There isn't one. Galaxy, Atlas, Faultline, DA, RCS. Boomtown hasn't been changed (or not enough to warrant an echo version.)
