Hardest badge to get

This would not be that hard to get once you get whatever other difficult badges there are.  I and many others have all the badges in the game.  And every time they issue new ones, we work to get those as well.  If this badge was a thing, many of us would automatically get it.  So, it wouldn't really be a hard badge to get.  And as mentioned by @Voltor, when new badges are issued, it would have to grey out until we got all others, then it would return.

If this was a thing, nobody would get it. That's right, zero people.   You have to have all the badges in game to get it, and IT IS A BADGE IN GAME.

If you're going by that logic, then sure... you can't get what is unavailable because you don't have it.  haha.

These are quite easy to get on any AT with any powersets once you become incarnate. 

1. Create the Rebirth Core (+Heal, + Max HP, and T4 is best as it's larger and heal more)
2. Go to Ouro and start any random lvl 50 arc
3. Go to Mercy Island (have to be Vig, Rog, Vill). 
4. Right near the START vendor in Mercy on a platform by the helicopter are tons of Arachnos soldiers standing in formation.  Stand in the middle of them and put your Rebirth on autofire and walk away, go to bed, whatever.  The Ouro arc will keep you from auto-logging.  One or two overnight sessions of AFK healing will get you all the badges.
