Homecoming/FBSA Wiki downtime

Due to some issues last week there was some downtime of the Homecoming and FBSA wikis, I put a fix in place at the time, but now I'd like to try to implement a more permanent fix, this will require some more downtime, and another DNS propagation which could be several hours.  This will be happening now, and I don't have a solid ETA on resolution.
