Polling the hive mind... Invul/SS "Superman" Tanker looking for a slot

So I've come up with an updated build for my main, the Invul/SS Tanker in my avatar. It's pretty much good to go, however there is one thing I wish I could get: the two-slot set bonus for Superior Blistering Cold is slow resistance, and I really want to get two of those in there. However, I just can't find a spare slot. If I could, I'd put it in Air Superiority and put two of the Super Blistering Cold IOs in there, that aren't already being used in Punch. I was hoping someone else could find something I missed? I don't want to lose out on enhancement values in Dull Pain, and if I drop a slot from Health I'd be losing out on 25% Regen bonus (I'd drop the Regenerative Tissue unique if I did that), and I'm not sure that's worth 15% slow resistance.

 

Also, I know this build is suboptimal in some ways. Particularly, no Fighting Pool. I'm not interested in picking it up, so don't worry about that. But if you have some insight on where to grab another slot from, that'd be great.

Well, you could steal one each from Hurl and LBE.  I'd reslot them as such:

 

Hurl:  2 Superior Winter's Bite (A/D/E/R, A/D/E), 3 TS (A/D/E, A/D/R, D/E/R)

LBE:  2 Superior Winter's Bite (A/D, A/D/R), 3 TS (A/D/R, A/D/E, D/E)

 

The Winter's Bite would give you +12% F/C resists.  You'd still have good enhancement values.  Of course, you could do basically the same leaving them as 2 Hami-Os and 3 TS.

 

Then, you could add one slot to Jab and one to AS and get 2 more of the slow resist bonus.

The E/N is at 3 slots, which is why I left 3 in my suggested slotting.

 

I see. I like the Range though, it's useful for picking off runners or aggroing things out of range of Taunt. I wish Thunderstrike wasn't so overslotted for damage and had an Acc/Recharge or an Acc/End/Recharge in there somewhere.

Well, the one that sticks out most is the second +rech in Conserve Power.  Losing it drops the power from 4.5 min recharge to 5.5 min recharge.  Is that going to be a big difference for your play?

 

Also... are you... entirely sure about this?  If you're willing to give up Punch and a bit of off-Rage damage I could probably give you some better defensive numbers and haste while keeping similar on-Rage damage and the other power picks.  (Jab ultimately adds more damage than Punch anyway due to Bruising.)

Also... are you... entirely sure about this?  If you're willing to give up Punch and a bit of off-Rage damage I could probably give you some better defensive numbers and haste while keeping similar on-Rage damage and the other power picks.  (Jab ultimately adds more damage than Punch anyway due to Bruising.)

 

I had a look at the build, and it's a good build, but I think ultimately I'll go with mine because that build hinges on Agility Radial Paragon, and I don't want to give up Musculature's boost to Lore and Judgement damage.

If you swap in Musculature without changing anything else, it's still higher endurance efficiency, global recharge, resistance, and most defenses.  It soft-caps 6/7 types at 4 targets in Invincibility rather than 2.

 

You do irrevocably lose some fly speed though.

 

Or here's a reshuffle that keeps S/L softcap at 1 in Invincibility w/ Musculature, at cost to f/n defense.
