Unfortunately it requires a subscription now but you can still get 15 free credits at the beginning of each month. The character names were added with Gimp. 1

Yes, her design derives from Kitana, from the Mortal Kombat series. There's no fans for weapon choices in CoH so, why not give her a katana? 2
