I want a Brute that bleeds inky blackness. I want a Brute that dances with the Void. I want a Brute that allows my pretty monitor to be able to distinguish between black, dark black, and "holy crap is there a miniature black-hole on the center of your screen"-black.

 

AND, if at all possible, would be fun to play in game. These resists are just fine, and with the mega Incarnate powers will be awesome. BUT, I feel like I am missing something or making some major mistakes.

Touch of fear is really good.  Taunt comes in handy when you want to tank.  Hasten is 12 seconds from perma.  I wouldn't spend a lot of slots chasing just toxic resist.  It helps, sure, but it isn't very common.

  • I wouldn't slot Unrelenting Fury in Death Shroud. All that recharge is wasted in a toggle.
  • Assault on a brute is completely pointless.
  • Dark Regeneration is a heal (the best heal in the game), not an attack. Slot with an Accurate Healing set.
  • Slot Dark Consumption with an End Mod set (Synapse's Shock is a good choice).
  • Cloak of Darkness needs end reduction if you plan to run it (and you should).
  • Cloak of Fear needs a ton of accuracy and end reduction. If you're not going to devote slots to it, just drop it.
