I think it also has no endurance drain resistance and no ranged def, so sappers are an insta gg. Willpower has the some of the same problems. No ranged def and no slow resistance gives the Tsoo siphon speed spam and sappers free reign. I like Bio armor because I can defend against and plan for almost anything. Even against defense debuffs I still have S/L resistance and absorb, especially in defensive mode. You should also slot for energy resistance with Bio because energy damage is common and comes with -def fairly often too. Fire, cold, dark and psi rarely come with -def so your defenses in those areas should be sufficient. Even in arachnos maps with the psi debuff ‘scramble thoughts’ most of the actual damage coming at you is S/L and energy. And just kill the psi enemies first. No armor is perfect, but, overall, I still think Stone Armor is the best overall. Cold is pretty inconsequential (and strong resistances to it anyway, by which I mean hardcapped) though slow CAN be a problem but only the auto-hit kind as others need to actually hit to debuff. Someone with slots to spare can still work a decent 60% ish into the build but I play with just 20%. Recovery and endurance protection it has around 86% though, so even Sappers shouldn't be this much of a problem. I got it a 4.60 EPS and this doesn't account for two Pshifters and a Panaceia that put it past 5 EPS. Softcapping VS Psi like it has is a helluva rarer to find and for a supposed general kryptonite against most ATs Stone Armor can scoff at it. My problem was since the set doesn’t have any cold or directional def the slows DO hit you. Not the worst weakness though and I do love the psi defense in the set.

I mean, you could build for soft cap fire/cold defense if you really wanted to and as a byproduct, get a good amount of recharge debuff resist as well. It would make the build cost quite a bit, but it is doable. 1
