OdinAZ
Is there a good in game way to test how much damage you are doing? I am looking at a respec, but I am getting conflicting answers on how much damage certain powers are doing? Or if not ingame, is there a reliable online source? aethereal
Reliable online source: https://cod.uberguy.net In-game: There are test dummies in the Vanguard base and I believe you can get a temp power to summon them. People also use Pylons to test DPS, or the Trapdoor test. You can just fight random enemies and look at the combat tab, though lots of information gets dumped there. Uun
The best source for accurate power information is City of Data https://cod.uberguy.net/html/index.html Mids Reborn allows you to lay out your build and see the effect of enhancements on your powers, but sometimes has inaccuracies https://midsreborn.com/ Uuniverse

This would, of course, be a wonderful addition to base resources. I am not sure why it's not available, but assume it's another database/resource multiplication hurdle. You can lob the logs through my parser http://www.carnifax.org/ and see how much damage your powers do along with other stats. Look in the Tools section of the forum, there's more details on City of Data and my parser in there. Good thing to do solo and on things like after TFs. COD is great for getting the numbers, and mids will give you damage per animation time graphs which I find really handy. My level 50 builds [Bullitt Time : DP/Kin Corruptor] [Carnifax : Ill/Dark Controller] [Kerriae : Plant/Storm Controller] [Echinoderm : Bio/Spines Tank] [Iron Brew : Mace/Rad Brute] [Snookered : Staff/NRG Brute] [iScream : Ice/Ice Scrapper] [Binman : Savage/Shield Stalker] [Modul-8 : Time/Sonic Defender] [Concussion Blast : Fire/NRG Domi] [Orblivion : Dark/Martial Domi] [Mombie : Necro/Nature MM] [Tempore : Water/Time Blaster] [Thermodynamic Flux : Ice/Fire Blaster] [Carni's Online CombatLog Parser Alpha]
