P2W or other (semi)perma-temp Old School/Retro vision?

So, messing around with the event I ended up getting these temps - one to go monochrome, one to go sepia tone.

 

I actually have characters this would be *really* fitting for. (Including one that's a black and white photograph come to life.) Would it be possible to have these as P2W or otherwise long-term temp powers? A bit niche, sure, but I could also see - if we can't pick the effect for it - suggesting using them in spots in AE arcs for the sake of atmosphere, for instance.

Most of my characters would not benefit from them.

My guess is that because the tokens can be traded and sold, Luna will sell the Old School/Retro vision powers year round like the Candy Keeper sells winter stuff.  Not a permanent solution but I assume there will still be a way to get them after the event ends.
