can we get more bikini armor for the chest/legs but with more muscle tone?

Im talking like actual armor plating covering the nipples and crotch areas.  metal armor, studded leather.  even tech armor with some holographic shielding for the belly/legs.

 

muscle tone part is the most important part tho since we have enough skin tube formless bikini stuff.

Does this fur cloak exist in the game somewhere? If so, perhaps that's an asset that can be edited?

It is unique to Shadowhunter, but yes, it does exist in-game.
