DoctorDank Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 Ive leveled my scrap to 30 and am liking the way it plays but obviously with dark armor I am having endurance issues. I am about to respec him fresh and start with some cheapish IOs to hold him down for now and would like a build guide to loosely follow if possible to help a bit with where I should be slotting and where I can save and not.

Both of these sets have a single slot +recovery enhancement . They are also healing sets so you can put the +recovery thing into the slot of your Health power and have it always be on. Also 3 slots into Stamina with endurance modifications goes a long way

Yeah, I use the staff of soul I believe (whichever saves end) and I can get through about 2-3 team fights max before I have to rest. This is if I have another scrapper or tank helping tank/enough damage that Im not fighting for 10 minutes.

Ive been studying up on the different IO's to see which are best for a budget like mid build so I am working on it, I definitely wanted some Numinas but at the time I was relatively broke.

The IO's chosen may not be exactly what I would choose but Id bet it'd be at least something close to it anyways. Also dont pay as much attention to the levels slotted, somewhere around 30s I got distracted as we as taking death shroud so late, I think it wouldve been around a L14 or L22 pick for me. All you need to do is farm Merit Reward and you can get them for free basically just from playing the game. Look into doing tip missions, story arc missions or task forces to get the merits then you buy them from the Merit Vendor

Maybe back in the old days yeah but now IOs are so cheap you should be able to do it for around 100-200m INF tops. I think I may have spent close to 500m on my build for Murcielago and I am super impatient about bidding so I usually buy them above asking in order to get them right then. I would definitely get some more defense in your build. Add the two +3% def IOs for 200 reward merits. Dark Regen needs way more slots. It's your primary heal. Take Death Shroud earlier as it is a big AoE attack.\ Drop acrobatics and pick up a blessing of the zephyr IO +kb protection. This is a super old build of a Spines/Dark I used to have, it was also relatively cheap. I didn't want to put any purples or PvP IOs in him at the time. I was under the impression with dark regeneration I did not have to do too much with it as every time ive used it so far it heals me to the top, my only concern for it at the moment has been recharge times. I think I mentioned it but I accidentally took dark shroud way late, In game I took it around 12, but in Pines i didnt want to basically start over with picking powers so I left it as is.
Rokkeb Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Dark Regen takes a lot of endurance. So slot it with the accurate heal + endurance and some stuff that drops endurance cost / recharge.
