Something missing in the patch notes?

Something about a 10% chance of Incandescence spawning in RWZ. And other "Easter Eggs". 

I suppose putting these things in the patch notes would remove the Easter Egg status. Well, someone was bound to say something.

It's actually 1% after looking back at my notes. I finally saw her after months of trying 😄

It's also listed towards the bottom of Incandenscent's wiki page, including a photo of her in the conference room.  No clear percentage is listed however.
