Costume contest idea: Shade Edge and Dusk Song

A Hero tip mission for hero characters in the 30-40 level range features two heroes, Shade Edge and Dusk Song. However, for some reason they just use generic civilian NPC models. I thought it might be a fun contest to have the community design costumes for these heroes, given only the names to start with. The winners could be placed in the actual mission to be used as the models for the two NPC heroes.

I don't see those listed anywhere on Paragonwiki; do you know the name of the tip mission?  (Or, importantly, what their powersets are?)

Virtually no info on these characters exists, beyond their names, as far as I can tell.

I agree.  If only you'd included something about PvP vs. PvE, you'd have gotten a nice long multi-page discussion not really related to anything in the original post.  :P

 

But it does sound like a cool idea to flesh these two out.

The two appear in the Hero tip mission A Voice in Your Head.

 

Shade Edge's info: "Shade Edge is a master of the sword and is also able to tap into the Netherworld to empower both himself and his blade."

 

Dusk Song's info: "Dusk Song is a hero capable of manipulating both sound and darkness to punish evildoers and aid her allies."

 

I'm genuinely surprised they have real bios, since they appear as generic civilian NPCs and even belong to the Hapless Citizen group.

I think it'd be a nifty idea to flesh out some otherwise minor NPC's with some fancy duds. Maybe some people could make up some AE missions involving them and have a contest to make one or more "official missions".
