Connection to map server drops everytime I join a DFB instance

Over the last day I've had an issue when joining a Death From Below trial. After joining the DFB queue and once there are enough players, the issue occurs when prompted to join the instance. Once the loading screen is displayed, it will either present a "can'tfindmap 1354" error, or it will error with "lost connection, do you want to return to the login screen".

For Everytime it will fail.

 

Intermittently, the same issue will happen on a solo mission map.

 

I've tried this on two different machines and accounts. I've reset the modem and router with no difference.

Is there anything I can check network wise?

Have tried again and I could join a DFB instance without dropping connection - but there are no others on the team?

 

Exit from that, and I'm back to connection dropping on joining.

 

I have captured a Wireshark session starting just before I click on join DFB team.

 

Have just tried using a VPN and was able to connect.

 

What IP addresses are used for the EU in the UK?

Can you attach or PM me the wireshark capture?  With it I can tell you what the IPs are and possible see what is happening when you disconnect.

I am having the same issue.

 

CantFindMap (1066). When I did get in I was loaded in alone.

Getting the same issue here. Plus it sends my character to weird maps. I tried to connect to a DFB trial through the queue three times. The first time, I got a loading splash screen that read "Terror Volta" before the d/c. The second time I ended up in a mission map where I saw another hero run by. Weird part about that one was when I reloaded my character, a short time later I got the "You were not on the mission long enough to receive XP" message as if I had been on a team. Third time I tried, just a few moments ago, I ended up on the outside of somebody's SG base!

I know the last patch made some changes to LFG...I saw a bunch of issues on Discord this morning that are similar to this as well...

Yep.  Been having the same problem with Summer Blockbuster event since yesterday morning when the servers came back online.  Hit accept and watch 3 others join as well, and then zone into the theater to find 1 or 2 others or no one.  One time, it was 3 of us and we decided to go ahead anyhow, and at the end of the first part (casino heist), our fourth person showed up to battle the last boss... and then we proceed to do the arena normally.

 

Today, I have zones into the theater twice alone, and once with 2 others present but we were not teamed.  And one time I got sent to a map that looked like a generic high tech corridor with swampy side borders and someone else's character standing there facing away from me (see below).  Whatever happened when the servers went down yesterday morning seems to have broken the LFG thingy.

Same thing happens to me in DFB and DiB. I have tried it with different characters to see if it just a character that is bugged. zi usually end up in some cave that I can't move in. When I click the Go back to login in button, I get kicked to desktop.

It has happened to me every time I tried going in to DFB or DIB the last 3 days, on 5 different characters.

I've been having this issue as well, across multiple characters and at different times of the day when the server load is light.

Good to know I'm not alone at least.

 

It seems to work about 10-20% of the time. Both in my own attempts and when I wind up on a team where 6 of 8 people vanished.

I have not noticed the issue, did 3 DFBs yesterday in a row on Everlasting.

 

But I have seen messages here indicating there has been a LFG queue issue being looked at.
