Incarnate Abilities not available after equiping.

Hi, this is my third character that has access to the Incarnate Abilities, the other two did not have any issues. 
 

I leveled up to the Interface/Judgement, created an Ion Judgement and Degenerative Interface. I then created a Degenerative Core Interface. I slotted both on the equip view. Only the Alpha Musculature Core Boost is available. The Ion Judgement is not in my powers list to add to a slot. The Degenerative Interface also does not appear in the powers list or on the active powers tray, the Alpha Musculature does.

I completely logged out twice and completely unslotted all incarnate abilities and reslotted them a few times. Still no luck. Is this a bug? Any known way to fix it? Please see attached screenshot showing they are equipped and a majority of my powers list which shows Musculature but not Ion or Degenerative.

are you in a task force, a ouro flashboack, or an AE mission?

 

i tried a flashback with a power limit to alpha only, and it would only display the alpha power, none of the others. if you look at your level 50, the 50 has some thing around it, like you are in a AE mission, maybe one that limits you somehow? if so, go to your team window and quit whatever you are in.

Right click on the incarnate power and select add to power tray.

Or drag the icon to your power tray; that works, too.

(TURNS OUT I WAS STILL ON AN OURO MISSION WITH "ALPHA ONLY" LIMITATION ON, POWERS DID NOT SHOW UP UNTIL I CALLED THE CONTACT AND CLOSED THE MISSION OUT)

Holy hell, good question. Now that I think about it, that may be it. I know I put an "Alpha Only" limitation on the Ouro mission. Double checking as soon as I get a chance.
