game is hard crashing the PC

I play for a few minutes, and all seems fine then as soon as I zone the PC just hard crashes and restarts. this has been happening for about a week and a half and only when I play this game so far. I may be due to another game I got around the same time but that game only crashes when I tab out too often in a row.

Enable the diag client in the launcher.  (open settings and there should be a diag option for a separate client line)

 

Check your network, CoX is a bit sensitive to non-great connections.     I used to crash often while zoning, turned out my router was dying.   Hmm, though if it's causing your PC to crash, that might be more serious.

Run a memory and hard drive check

Try closing down anything Else running in the background (other game launchers, browser, etc) and see if it happens with just the game and basic taskbar stuff. If it Doesn't do it, then something else might be pushing the resources. If it Still does it, then that diagnostic data would be good to have for a ticket.
