gameboy1234 Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Had a lucky accident today while on a TF with some blubies. The mission to farm Fake Nemisis is supposed to be blue side only, and we were running it from Ouro. However like a dork I clicked on the big crystal in Ouro and was promptly sent to Founders Falls. Weirdly, this enabled the rest of the team to start the mission ok (which could be done by "Board Transport" from the Ouro portal, instead of the crystal). So it looks like at least Ouro TFs can be started with a Rogue, and perhaps a villain, if that player is not in the same zone. Once the mission is started, I could enter the mission via the transport in Founders. Might be a bit of a work around if someone doesn't want to take the time to switch alignments.
Lunar Ronin Posted December 15 Posted December 15 Were you the team leader, or was someone else? If you were a Rogue but not the team leader, this has been possible since the start of Homecoming. It's how Vigilantes can do the classic Lord Recluse SF. Only the team leader needs to be the proper alignment. Everyone else on the team can be Rogues or Vigilantes, depending. Not Heroes or Villains, depending, however.

Not sure why but trying to start the mission with me in the zone resulted in six entries at the "transport" (Ouro portal in Ouroborus) and the leader said none worked. Once I exited the zone, the rest of the team could enter. Maybe that's a bug? But someone specifically mentioned that this particular mission, when done through Ouroborus at least, was blue-side only.

If it's the signature story arcs, they're easily started by vigilantes redside and rogues blueside, just like task forces and strike forces. Interestingly, old Blueside contacts that are pre-level 20 can also be run by Rogues because they didn't have any reason to check character alignment (they're contacts that you outlevel and alignment tips don't start dropping until level 20).

So then the team looked “all blue” and the game behaved accordingly
