Flashback pillar of ice and fire?

I heard you can add a pillar of ice and fire to access flashbacks without going to Ourobouros but I can't seem to find it.

Any pointers?

in the text box on the bottom left of the screen, just type "pillar". It'll be in there somewhere.

I believe it is under Workshop items.  Should be there for both Tech Workshop and Arcane Workshop IIRC.
