Tremors: The Series

I'm not sure we need every 80s movie remade, sequelled or equalled, but I've never refused a side order of Bacon. Val returns to Perfection 35 years later, and the worms are back, probably called by some damn kids who watched too much Dune or something. Get your popcorn, throw some jelly worms in halfway down to freak your partner out, switch your brain off and enjoy. Hopefully.

 

Side note: this is the second time a series has been spawned, the first being...

...well, probably not something you want to spend too much time hunting down.

So long as they get Michael Gross back along with Kevin Bacon I'm on-board. Burt is the face of the franchise by this point, even if the movies after the first three aren't all that great (which is saying something, considering the direct-to-video dip in quality after the original...). Sucks that Fred Ward isn't around to be involved, but I'll take as much of a main cast reunion as we can get.

As someone who watches Tremors often enough (the first 4 more than the rest...there is a slide in quality)...I would like to know if they're going to count the movies and previous series in this new series.

 

If the idea is that the Graboids have returned, then it doesn't sound like it, as the Graboids had already returned with Blanco is in the town and keeps the town from being developed by rich people (sanctuary for an endangered species).

 

Also agree, needs Michael Gross, but they did make it look like he died on the last one.
