Poison/Rad Defender

 Some of the best known farmers such as Big Gotter and Stendhal came up with a Defender that excels at debuffing allowing the main attacker to take whole groups fast and effectively. My former sg leader consulted with 4 of the best farmers and one of the top sg leaders to make a more well rounded defender which i will post here but this build requires more offence at low level so keep Sands of Mu, Blackwand and Nemesis Staff handy when starting out.

The above should go into your Downloads folder just click it there and it should go right into Mids Hero Builder

This defender flies above the main attackers and uses Venemous Gas to weaken enemy groups and with Celerity: Stealth you should be fine

All the attacks have debuff and to further debuff this has Weaken and Envenom

Something about this build screws with Mid's Reborn - it's listing nearly -10k defense for types and 2K regen.
