I really would love if this power could be changed a wee bit. Lower recharge and able to use it when mezzed would be awesome.

The fact that you can't cast IW while mezzed is a nonstarter for me. I never take it and always go Rune of Protection instead.

Yeah true I like RoP too but RoP you have to take two other powers plus is magic. Not all characters fit that either.

Yes there are those but that only level 50 content. Doesn’t help below that unfortunately

You can only get them at lvl 50, but they are usable down to lvl 45 once you have them.

Get the Sheer Will Accolade, 5 x SFs and it works superbly and after earned it is available at any level!

The recharge is fine where it is, but I agree it ought to be able to activated while mezzed and I don't have any idea why it isn't.
