Azrik Posted Friday at 10:16 PM Posted Friday at 10:16 PM I like the idea of running a human form WS, but the one issue I'm trying to figure out is how to deal with mez effects. Many WS powers require you to get in close to get the best effects. However this often leaves you a target of mez effects and WS don't have any form of mez protection outside the Dwarf form. I guess my question is. How do people usually handle this dilemma?
Thraxen Posted Friday at 11:20 PM Posted Friday at 11:20 PM Clarion, rune of protection, and break frees. I don't like my ws for that reason though and never play it.
Six-Six Posted Saturday at 06:36 AM Posted Saturday at 06:36 AM or you can chase set bonuses which will shorten the time you're mezzed. Better yet, build up ranged def since that's how mez gets you. I have 2 human PBs and 1 human WS. they don't get mezzed THAT often, a row of purple skittles is usually enough for a day's run. My Toons
Laucianna Posted Saturday at 09:12 AM Posted Saturday at 09:12 AM As @Thraxen said, Clarion is a good one, Break frees are super cheap if you just keep like 4 of them on your tray, and also the Sheer Willpower accolade works as a free break free every 10 minutes 💛 ❤️ Kheldian Guide ❤️ 🎖️ Friday Fashion Contest 🎖️ 🗒️Character Wiki🗒️Friendly reminder that no matter what anyone or anything is saying, you ARE loved AND valued in life no matter what.
CFIndustries Posted Saturday at 12:48 PM Posted Saturday at 12:48 PM Chase help from sets as @Six-Six said. I grabbed a human-only WS build from the forums and never had too much trouble with stuns. For the endgame, Clarion. To be clear, I almost exclusively team (rarely solo), so there's usually some help there too (or stuns make less of a difference). I found human-only WS to be fun. 🙂
