Thus, I try to make my various areas apply different tactics to force the team to adapt to different style of challenges, but what I can't program in to AE missions is to make the team to adapt to groups having Taunt, because the mobs simply does not have this characteristic to be chosen in their power sets. Not sure, why Taunt was omitted, but would be nice to have it available for mob teams to use 1

So yeah, that rather limits our ability to make more tactical enemies. Being able to give them leadership powers would be nice too. 1

My question is this: Is there a melee powerset in AE with less than 9 powers? If so, I'd lean more towards suggesting adding a taunt to that powerset. Powers being used by the AI that require some thought by the player on how to handle it is a good thing. But the foes which use Taunt in game I tend to have 2 reactions as the player. Laugh! I'm already focused on you. Laugh a bit harder as I'm 'forced' to unleash AoE's on the spawn or fire off things not requiring a target. Or turn to buffing my allies or .... I just wonder how effective a Taunt would actually be when used by the mob AI which isn't very bright to begin with. Maybe pair it with a Hurricane user 🤪
