EggKookoo Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 If I want to look up a power's actual stats, Paragon Wiki is lacking. For example, Snap Shot. It tells me what can be enhanced and when different ATs get it, but what about the base damage, or range, or anything like that? Is this what we got right now?
Mr. Vee Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Mids reborn/Pine's Hero builder is your huckleberry.
EggKookoo Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 You know, before Homecoming, I was fastidious about what random executables I'd just run because someone on a forum tells me to. I guess it's personal growth? Thanks, I'll check it out.
Hopeling Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 Before shutdown, City of Data was the site you went to for numbers and detailed power info. Paragonwiki was never very good at that. Unfortunately, City of Data is now gone, although you can still view the archived version if you're willing to tolerate it being a bit slow and some of the pages being broken.

I rely heavily on the fact that many of the people on these forums (not me, btw) are very knowledgeable about computers and code, and would probably have spotted anything dangerous about programs like Pine's/Mids that are getting heavily used. As witness the fact that a subset of them turned passed-along I24 code into the game we are playing. 🙂 That said, if I see something new posted, I'll wait a few days for other people to check it out, just as I do for Microsoft updates, for example.
_NOPE_ Posted August 1, 2019 Posted August 1, 2019 (edited) There's also my powers checker, which just gives you the raw data from the Issue 25 code, you'll have to read it and figure out what that raw data means for yourself though... http://www.cityofplayers.com/pks-tools/ To alleviate any concerns about running an EXE file (@EggKookoo) ... I've also given the source code on the page for anyone to inspect if they wish. Edited August 1, 2019 by The Philotic Knight I'm out.
