24 & 25 patch notes?

Do we have any form of patch notes for i24 and i24 that we can view to see exactly what changes and tweaks were made?

Wow they really had the rug yanked out from under them didn't they? i24 was huge on the balance changes.

Those issue 25 patch notes look pretty good all around; other than the new and proliferated power sets, I'd pretty much want every single one of those changes in the permanent servers.
