I use Dark instead of pistols for the immobilize, heal and snipe (Moonbeam's quick snipe can hit for 600-700 damage against debuffed targets) but Im sure you can pull some useful info from the build.

It depends a little on how you want to play. Do you want to have the heal, mez prot and rez?

On my Poison char I, selfishly, did not and subbed in tough line instead. 🙂

So I ended up with all the rest in the set and each is good or very good in what it does. The Key powers are Envenom, Weaken, Poison Trap and Venomous Gas.

Many will tell you that Paralytic Poison is good because it's very proctastic. They are right, but you will have the redraw to deal with.

I do like Neurotoxic Breath because of the -81.25% Rech on it that lasts 20 seconds, but it's up to you if you like those kinds of powers. I'd use it in that combo till Poison Trap gets loaded or you pistols get filled out completely. Then I might respec out of it depending.

I just got mine to 32, and I've taken every power in the set. I feel like i've read a bunch of posts of people not being stoked about Poison or this combo, but I love it. I slotted all my primaries up pretty heavy so far and basically just ACC in the guns, utilizing the secondary effects for debuffing ATM.

Ank pretty much said it but ill add...

...that I have the heal and it's come in handy about a jillion times already. I have 1 Rech and 2 Heals in it currently.

...Antidote is great Mez Protec with the added bonus of Resist to some tougher Dam types, Toxic and Cold I think. I Rech and 1 DamRes ATM although that is a bit overkill with Hasten and i'll prolly spec out.

...The Rez. It's a rez. I regretted taking it at first and then needed it literally 5 times on the next mish. 1 Recharge

...I like trying to work the hold in with the Poison Trap Hold component and use it all the time. I currently have this 5 slotted, 2 ACC, 1 Rech, 1 Hold, 1 End Mod. I wanna see how and what that does but will likely change it. I'm not seeing any big -END -Rec so far.

I'ts not much, but maybe it'll be helpful. If I think of more, i'll post it up.

You def want:

envenom, weaken, poison trap and venomous gas

I strongly recommend putting the available damage procs and -res procs into envenom, weaken and PT

They proc pretty reliably in weaken and envenom, but also help to show you how big (small) the aoe is against the group as the power effects are otherwise quite minimal.

PT is of course a proc bomb. Love it.

Neuro breath is a pretty good power. I definitely use it up until I have venomous gas. Once I have VG I want to be up close right away.

I put the smashing damage proc in neuro. Again it helps show just how big the area of effect is as it procs well. Plus you may well do some damage if you are taking the time to cast it.

The heal, ally mez protection and rez are all good enough powers. You aren't a healor so don't try to be but helping patch someone up between spawns can be valuable. Mez protection really helps most squishies play more confidently, but it can get time consuming.  The rez is a rez. Poison is about facilitating quick clear speeds. A downed teammate impedes that.

Of those three powers I would take the rez. But only if I have vengence (which I do). Veng then rez = faster clear times for the team.

Having the heal in that situation can trap you into trying to keep them alive, but it is faster for the team to just let them die then veng+rez

chem rounds stack nicely with strong -dam of weaken and venomous gas and get boosted nicely by all the -res you toss out (also a reason for the -res procs). It should really start to click once venomous gas is in place.
